Who We Collect Location Data From:- Restaurant Partners: Restaurants using our Dinevate Order Manager system to manage their orders and operations.
- Delivery Drivers: Delivery personnel using our Dinevate Order Manager system to receive and fulfill delivery orders.
- Note: We do not collect location data from customers placing food orders through our platform.
Types of Location Data Collected from Business Users:- Precise Location Data (GPS coordinates): We collect exact latitude and longitude coordinates from restaurant and delivery driver devices' GPS, Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and other location sensors.
- Approximate Location Data: We may collect general area location based on IP address or network-based location services from business user devices.
- Location History: We store past location data from restaurants and delivery drivers to improve service efficiency and delivery operations.
When Location Data is Collected from Business Users:- Foreground Collection: When restaurants and delivery drivers actively use the Dinevate Order Manager to view orders, update order status, or manage deliveries.
- Background Collection: When the Dinevate Order Manager app is closed or not actively in use, we may continue to collect location data from business users to:
- Track delivery driver locations for real-time delivery updates
- Provide customers with accurate delivery estimates and tracking
- Ensure efficient order routing and delivery optimization
- Monitor delivery completion and resolve delivery issues
- Analyze delivery performance and service quality metrics
How We Use Location Data from Business Users:- Enable restaurants to manage their service areas and delivery zones
- Provide real-time delivery tracking for customers ordering from restaurants
- Calculate accurate delivery distances, fees, and estimated delivery times
- Optimize delivery routes and assign orders to available delivery drivers
- Monitor delivery driver performance and ensure timely deliveries
- Verify delivery completion and resolve delivery disputes
- Provide customer support related to order fulfillment and delivery issues
- Generate analytics and insights for restaurants to improve their operations
- Ensure compliance with delivery service agreements and quality standards
Sharing of Business User Location Data:- We share delivery driver location data with customers who have placed orders to provide real-time delivery tracking
- We share restaurant location data with customers to display accurate restaurant information and delivery areas

Location Data Retention for Business Users:- We retain business user location data for as long as necessary to provide our services and as required for business operations

Business User Location Data Controls:- Restaurant and delivery driver users can enable or disable location services for the Dinevate Order Manager through their device's operating system settings
- Business users can choose to deny location permissions, though this will significantly limit Order Manager functionality
- Business users can request to review, update, or delete their location data by contacting us
- Location permissions are required as part of the business service agreement for using Dinevate Order Manager
Consequences of Business Users Denying Location Access:- Restaurants may not be able to properly manage delivery areas and service zones
- Delivery drivers cannot receive location-based order assignments
- Real-time delivery tracking for customers will not function
- Order routing and delivery optimization features will be unavailable
- Delivery performance analytics and reporting may be limited
Location data collection from business users (restaurants and delivery drivers) requires explicit consent through device permissions and is essential for the proper functioning of our Dinevate Order Manager platform. This location data enables us to provide delivery services to customers while maintaining business operational efficiency. - Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with our Services, such as the pages or content you view, order history, and other actions.
- Log Data: We receive log data when you interact with our Services, which may include IP address, access times, browser type, and pages viewed.

These providers have access to your information only as necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain its confidentiality.
